Elemental Showdown - DevLog #3


With another week coming to a close, a great amount of additional work has been done. With the shift away from multiplayer for the Prototype, progress has been fast, here's what's been changed or added:

Added:

  • Resource logic for gaining, losing, and tracking both Mana and Health of the Player and Enemies
  • A more full feeling and enjoyable custom map
  • Game Over overlay

Changed:

  • Main Menu UI is nicer to look at
    • Includes Options menu (though doesn't do anything)
    • Includes option to Quit or Star
  • Character Select is nicer to look at for SinglePlayer
  • PlayerHUD is nicer to look at
  • Proper random spawns and turn orders
  • Camera follow for Player Character
